Affirmative Action Roundtable with CDD Ghana

For over ten years, Ghana's Affirmative Action Bill has struggled to pass into law.

On April 21st, the Global Centre for Pluralism co-hosted a roundtable on Affirmative Action with CDD Ghana at their headquarters in Accra. This event was organized by our partner CDD Ghana that identified the issue of gender inequality and the recommendation to implement the Affirmative Action Bill in the Global Pluralism Monitor report as an important topic to engage with. The roundtable provided a forum to discuss the status of the Affirmative Action Bill that was introduced in 2011 and strategize on the way forward in passing this bill into law.
